Box was a bit crumpled upon receiving but nothing damaged inside. The file works right away, i tested it on myself and was satisfied that it does grind the nail down quite easily. Not too loud either, as it didn't spook my cat.

Everything is fine. Delivered quickly. Haven't tried it yet. Hope the dog likes it as much as I do!
